Clean property, wonderfully friendly and excellent staff. Fantastic and stunning location close to the beach, easy to get around. Just off the Great Yarmouth seafront and the sea front where all the arcades. Compact, airy units provided with a kettle, bottled water plus fridges.

Fabulous place, comfortable beds, PLEASANT staff. Brand-new room with communal bathroom and iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. Toast, cereals, and jam served for breakfast. All in all quiet and ideal setting just off all the bars, nightclubs and the seafront, and the sea front where all the arcades and rides are and within walking distance of the town centre. Also, close to the beach.

Appreciated every detail about our very relaxing 1 night stay here. The atmosphere created was family! Stunning location and amicable staff were a definite plus. It was also not far from town center n the sea front, beach/seafront, and Great Yarmouth or the surrounding areas.
